About

Scarlett Ulatowski is from Rochester, New York and graduated from Victor Senior High School in 2022. She started her art education at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), taking many courses in drawing, color theory, and illustration. She currently attends Monroe Community College (MCC), and is working towards a degree in Commercial Art and Illustration.

She spent the first few years of her art career using oil pastel to explore human disfiguration, especially with eyes. She is intrigued by transforming the uninteresting into interesting. She now continues to explore these ideas with pastel while also focusing on more technical skills in graphite, charcoal, and ink. More recently, she has been exploring the world of painting and commercial illustration.

Scarlett loves creating art and believes it can make the world a better, more interesting and beautiful place.
